At Compassionate Caring Companions LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality care services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or adjust scheduled services. This Refund Policy explains how in-person payments are handled.
1. Payment at Time of Service
All in-person payments for care services are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for in-person payments may be issued in the following cases:

Service Not Provided: If a scheduled visit is canceled by us without an alternative arrangement.

Overpayment: If you have paid more than the agreed amount.

Advance Payment Cancellation: If you cancel services with proper notice as outlined below.
3. Cancellations & Notice Period
To receive a full refund for prepaid services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the service fee), depending on the circumstances.

No refund will be provided for no-show situations where the caregiver arrives and the client is unavailable without prior notice.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already rendered in full

Late cancellations without acceptable cause

Situations outside our control (e.g., inclement weather, emergencies)
5. Refund Method
If eligible, refunds will be processed:

Cash Payments: Refunded in cash at our office within 5 business days

Check Payments: Refunded by company check within 10 business days

Credit/Debit Payments: Processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
